A lot of deleted scenes are shown in this trailer that is not in the movie. They should do a re-edit and re-release for the 40th anniversary.

It's crazy that at least a third, if not half, of this trailer is comprised of deleted scenes. Like others have stated in the comments, they really need to release those scenes on a 40th anniversary reissue.

This absolutely calls for an expanded edition with an alternate edit, director's cut or at least option for deleted scenes. I'm intrigued by the Henry drummer character and how he fit in with the crew. I also see that they were being menaced by two other adversaries than just SPIT. This classic film deserves it.

I just got through watching it on bounce TV is probably my 60 time AND I'LL WATCH IT 60 TIMES OVER AGAIN 😍 I LOVE THIS MOVIE & I love old-time reruns.this movie has a lot of sentimental scenes🥺 and history from where I used to live in the Bronx, queens, Manhattan SHOOT all New York🤭😁❤❤❤😘🥰😍🤩✨🌟✨🌟✨times has surely change so DRAMATICALLY😢 I miss those growing up years history that I will always admire awesome years and even though my dad was too strict on me on me that I wasn't even allowed outside I always watch from the inside and admired and loved it and kept it in my ❤️ nothing like those old raps, breakdancing and & beat boxes and all those amazing artist that really PERFORM with positive notes and lyrics. There was also a dope scene on Beat Street with Lee rap battling a young Kadeem Hardison from a Different World in the classroom. Yes, they definitely need to release the uncut version. It would have been great if all the music was on the soundtrack as well.

This stuff changed music, europe, germany in the 80's .. tapes .. had to check every record store in berlin for stuff like this .. this really meant something i became a writer because of "ramo" and was introduced to the police bc of that etc. love! if you dont know what hiphop is about

Kool Moe Dee rockin' the trailer! Great music in this movie. The soundtrack is 2 volumes...should have been 3, because the albums don't have the songs I'm looking for.
