Metal gear Survive: How to get more survivor side quests to spawn guide (commentary)

I was wrong the game isn't glitched, you just have to sleep until day 15 or so and you should get more survivors

Yea so I've looked around and everyone does this but this is not working for me. I been at it for days real time. No signals. Game beat and did base camp dig 2. Am i missing something? I see some people have the same problem?

I only started playing survive about a month ago, I have the main camp characters, and about 6 random recruits.

I'm at the part where we get the metallic archea control program, and are getting the weapon ready to fight the Lord of dust? Do the recruits increase soon? It has a feature to send out a team to get resources but I really don't have enough people to do that? In portable ops, peace walker, mgs5 I had tons of people and recruits, this is a bad design choice from konami.
