I have ADHD and this was a focus life saver for me. I get caught up in feed aesthetic because I obsess over what it is going to look in my head rather than the value in the content. I never thought to create the post and align them in Illustrator then focus on value after when scheduling 🤯 thankkk

I use this same method in Canva created a simple template and drag and drop to have a full outlook. Love this ! I schedule the value and content in batches of 3 to keep a color scheme in that sense. But the struggle is real. Planning helps for sure. Thanks for this . I love the video.

I use Adobe and I have a specific color palette and design structure to all posts I usually alternate between 2 posts and a reel. But ideas take time but I sometimes research trending topics in the un field to talk about.

I just left my job a few months ago to start my own design business (FINALLY!). My question is: when you first post, do you post once a day or maybe 9 posts in one day so your Instagram looks like it has substance? I literally am not sure how to do this part - the BEGINNING!!!
