this may sound OP but this would give more oppunities for mages, for most likely their 'not that' famous in the team lineup. Mostly everyone goes Assasin or Marksman.

It's not literal a 'Infinite mana' because you could drain your mana if you just keep spamming all your skills, like Cyclops

Damn didn't know that, so that's the reason I don't run low on mana using Nana's and Eudora's skill 1 a lot.
I barely even go back to base now after the update unless hp runs low, but mana never.
Always have Enchanted Talisman on every mage build,

Have you tried Strike of Kings? It isn't avalible everywhere, and i had to use a vpn thing to use the Polish Play Store, but the gameplay and heroes feel amazing, and i love the game. It's only in Beta, also, so it will get a lot better, too!

wrong. previous enchanted talisman effects was return 500 mana each kill or assist

shinmen can you experiment on the ice queen wand if the slow can stack 2x when using a skill that hits multiple times like cyclops 2nd skills or alice ulti. ... i actually thinking to use if for vexanas ulti which hits for 10secs, so will it slow the enemy for 10 or 13secs? or if you use glowing wand, will the enemy burn for 10-13 secs?
