Permissions on Android (Android Dev Summit '19)

Показать описание
Permissions provide the means for apps to communicate to their users why they need access to the user's private data. In Android, we want to provide users control and transparency over their data, and have made a number of changes in Android 10 that bring greater restrictions to what data apps can access. We'll review the changes in Android 10 and introduce new concepts we have been working on for future releases.

I always find that activity recognition disturbing. Even while sitting at home and shaking my legs while watching TV; triggers a notification of IN_VEHICLE. Certainly dangerous...

So many restrictions that you ruined apps. Clipboard manager app, storage related apps, alarm clock apps (Timely, acquired by Google!), Wifi networks restore.
