Every Tom, Dick & Harry is talking on Dalits' issues. Dr. Subramanian Swamy ji must earn the right first, to talk on Dalits' problems before opening his mouth on this issue. Else he will be construed as fishing in troubled waters (for his benefit, for which he uses the Dalits as a "tool "). He can earn that right by showing his record of any service to the Dalits in his rather "long" career. Even then, if he insists, as fundamental right to talk on this, he is only spewing from his mouth the unmentionable substance, that normally issues fro the other end.
