The telegraphed parry lines is actually how I always invisioned a VR Star Wars lightsaber game would work, since you could easily explain it as "the force". Then you can setup crazy fast parries and attacks that the player can actually follow.

This game is BRILLIANT. It's essentially quick time events with your body as the controller. THIS was what quick time events were MADE for.

This looks great. It seems they've taken some queues from rhythm games and integrated it into the combat. The enemies and animation look great. I can't wait for this. I'd like to play it on the Index.

Great artwork, great rogue-like mechanics. I appreciate that Mike actually practiced a little bit before recording, made the whole video interesting from start to the finish.
I would love to see Schell implement some kind of "extreme" difficulty setting where your parry indicator is very small and you have to memorize all the sequences in order to stand a chance ^_^'

This game is even more fun and satisfying on relentless difficulty. I swear, it feels like you took down a real boss character when you win. And it is extremely satisfying.
