I’m so jealous you got to see this! I’ve been following it since seeing Thunder Road and Wolf of Snow Hallow and it’s one of my most anticipated movies because Jim Cummings is one of a kind with his delivery and comedy, like a mix of Paul Rudd and Jason Bateman. Him being in the flashback in Halloween Kills was my favorite part of that entire disappointing movie. Hearing story spoilers for this means nothing because it’s his performances that makes anything he does worth while. Can’t wait to hear your thoughts on this.

It's still an entertaining and interesting film despite some flaws, which if addressed would've made it a lot better, e.g. like you said, he should've been more invested as a married 50 yr old instead of not even being married yet. I don't get how there were murders just because their mates found out they were cheating...it didn't mesh. Didn't notice the rotting hidden teeth as I was focused on the vampire fangs...are those his real teeth or another symbolism? Haha.

I'm super late with this comment. I just saw the movie last night and Cummings reminds me a lot of Jim Carrey lol. I never saw him before this and he's funny af to me in this movie. The opening scene was so crazy I was all in but then they just lost me through out the movie. I didn't understand giving up 5k to meet the secret person but for me it would have made more sense for the basement dude to ask for the 5k to keep their encounters secret and those that didn't pay he could then send their partners the info on them cheating. Also he had so much money from the people paying 5k yet he was living in the basement lol. I agree with y'all review it was just all over the place but had enough good moments to be a decent watch.

Just from the very little I've seen and yournreview and the way it was handled especially this special treatment of certain reporters all comes off as very pretentious which makes me sad as I love the actor and director parts of this man

I think you guys didn’t understand the film. Or maybe I didn’t but the scene at the very end with the wife she is exited about 8 more dead in LA. I think she was in charge the entire time and she set this up to kill alpha men off so that women can move into the work place to replace them. The entire thing was a “beta test” she knew what was going on the entire time. That’s why she had the scissors for self defense as well just incase he was a “toxic alpha male” and she had to kill him: also they are running to the boarder to escape the justice system. They were running at the end. The title is the only thing that gives it away because it is extremely hard to follow. Idk just my theory, would love to hear what others think.
