QOTD: For me Zoe's Q is hard because you are always very mobile and you simply can't compare it with a simple one like Lux's Q. Another one that I find pretty hard is Bard ult because it can have a big impact on your team mates if you catch them wrong(maybe they are in the middle of their own ults, or you just caught them besides the enemy and it is game over for them when Bard's ult stops :)) )
Also Soraka's Q (cuz it is very easy to dodge based on the animation on the ground) and Nami's bubble

I can land jhin w, ahri charms, even thresh hooks that won me a whole team fight but I can't land irelia stuns for the life of me

QOTD: Zigg's Q & R skill shots can be pretty hard. Having to determine how far you want to throw his Q and that it can be spotted easily by the opposing team. On top of this is timing it right, the timing is especially hard with Zigg's R as its crosshairs could give the enemy the right amount of time to dodge.

PRO TIP 1: If you wanna increase your mouse accuracy (which could be the issue as well), I suggest downloading the clicking video game "Osu!" and downloading a couple beatmaps and playing that. I highly suggest going into the Mods section and turning on "No Fail" because if you miss too many, you auto fail. This game has honestly helped me with accuracy and I'm really glad for it.

PRO TIP 2: If you can, find a sweet spot in the DPI for your mouse. The DPI controls how quickly the cursor moves. You can use a high DPI for ultra fast movement OR a low DPI for a more accurate, precise shots. Low DPI would be perfect for a sniper if you were playing a shooter type game. Medium to high DPI would be best for machine gunner types.
