For those wondering, the startup sound comes from the Sega Titan Video Game System (or Sega ST-V for short), an arcade version of the japanese Sega Saturn. It still is acquirable, but only the motherboards are being sold and not the plastic shell itself.

Actually, The Bluey console is having a TZZ13 Port. TZZ13= upside down scart ( scart with backwards pins.) If you put it to a different device The result:
Pal L sound/ upsidedown colors.

i searched when bluey was made on Google and got october 2018
yeah VHS was so prevalent at that time totally (atleast it's not that bad Wii killscreen I saw that shows the date that's like 2023 or something)

also that startup sound feels like I heard it already, maybe a console? idk
