I love Caits quiet moment of realisation as she's shown the marking under the napkin, she's clearly surprised and still not exactly happy about how this is going, mixed with perhaps some embarassment at underestimating Vi and maybe even begrudging respect, but she catches on quick and follows along.
That very small, slightly forced smile she flashes Jericho before leaving is also such a nice touch

I love this. Jericho was probably mothering Vi. Like, he sees her and immediately says: “Where have you’ve been, child? You look starved!”
And Vi explains to him what happened and what she needs and Jericho, bless his giant fishy heart, immediately responds with a “Oh no no no. You aren’t going anywhere until you get some proper food in you. Eat. When you’re done, I’ll give whatever you need to move on.”

Gotta say. This shows a lot of the difference between the two. Vi knows it’s a bad idea to talk openly about silco and his business, but knows the people who are against his vision for the future of zaun, meanwhile cait plays the fish out of water who doesn’t know enough people from zaun to get that.
