When Peter doesn't want to kill anybody in this scene. It was foreshadowed where Peter doesn't want the villains from the previous movies to be killed until when Aunt May was killed, his personality was changed that he's depressed and getting revenge on Goblin by killing him, thank God Peter Maguire came to stop him from killing Goblin all thanks to Aunt May's Wisdom. Thank you Sony and Marvel studios.

It’s funny how his Suit AI has a instant kill mode when Spidy has the strength to cave in someone’s face if he didn’t pull his punches.
