FAT for SaintyCo GMV 200 Moving Gelatin Melting Tank

The tank designing or manufacture is in accordance with GMP requirements of health standards, according to GB9684-88 “stainless steel food containers health standards”. According to Q/WRJ01-2002 the gelatin capsule of medicine tank (container, barrel) etc. It use three layers, which is inner heating jacket, insulation jacket, as a while refining by the SUS 304 stainless steel. It have some advantages as gelatin melting fast, strong constant temperature, vacuum stable, smooth operation, within the outer wall is smooth, no dead ends cleaning and maintenance convenient, stable glue homogeneous degree, safe and convenient operation, easy cleaning and so on.
