Why the hell are instructions for releasing the carrier from the base on PAGE 78 of an ~80 page manual? You can't do any installation before this is accomplished, yet its at the end of the manual. Whose idea was that?

Is it normal for the base to move side to side several inches if strongly pushed from the end closest to the front of the vehicle? I've gotten everything else as tight as I can using both installation methods.

out latch extender straps seem to be jammed and won't extend when we press on the latch release lever. How do we fix this?

Where is the tether strap that also attaches to back of seat so not just using the lower anchors at crease of seat using latch connectors?

Not able to adjust the recline foot by using adjuster. page no 29 in the manual is not working.
