That corset-style top would look uber chic over a turtleneck in cooler weather or over a really crisp, fitted, button down with a great collar. They also look lovely under open knit fabrics with lots of drape and exposed shoulders. I like how 50s they look under a great cropped cardigan with high-waisted pants or skirts. Or throw a jean jacket over it and pair it with dress pants and great shoes and really glamorous jewelry.

Jacket is awesome!! Can't wait to see the matching pants! Seeing all your versions of the Concord tee got me thinking... I should really make my sewing patterns more than once! I always get distracted by the next cool thing. But I am ending up with lots of wearable muslins that don't fit great. It was cool and inspiring to see all your variations!

I call them Walmart mystery fabric because the label usually says undetermined fiber content and you can't really see it until you open the bundle. I like the challenge of imagining what the mystery fabric can become.
