AI has come to Photoshop. Let's see what it can do...

In this video we'll be having a look at Photoshop's new AI-powered tool, the "Generative Fill Tool". It uses artificial intelligence to remove backgrounds and objects from images and let's you make advanced alterations using nothing but text prompts.

The tool is currently only available in the beta version of Photoshop, so download the beta version from your Creative Cloud app if you want to try it out.

I got shocked by the great result when you changed that girls hat...

Kind of creepy, to be honest, when you consider what can be done by people who are already highly skilled at photo manipulation. We were already at a tipping point, and now it will be impossible to believe anything we see in images. I worry especially about young girls and women who will look at AI-altered images as beauty standards and think they should look like that. The political landscape is going to blow up with false images for sure.
