Ali Bow Kheshig and Sure Flight Throwing Knives

This workout is; strength, endurance, breathing, control; renegade pushups (spelled wrong in the video), a run of 200 to 440 yards, arrows at 18 yards, and throwing knives. This video shows the 4th set. The first two sets were with my Ali Bow Tatar and Cold Steel Sure Balance throwing knives, and running 400 yards. The third set was with my Kheshig bow and Cold Steel LaFontaine throwers, and running 400 yards. This 4th set was with my Kheshig bow, Sure Flight throwers, and running 250 yards.

This is 7 1/2 months into my THR total hip replacement surgery. My running is feeling pretty good. I'm feeling pretty good!

Damn you are inspiring! I am going to go lift some weights and shoot my bow after this :)
