Today I was returning some books to the library and was about to cross the street. As I approached the street, I looked both ways and out of nowhere, it hit me 'My mental thoughts are exactly as my life is' as if my life currently is the exactly as my thoughts. It hit me like a ton of bricks, my dominant thoughts are exactly my life, i don't know how else to explain it. At that moment it made absolute sense, that there was no difference, that I was exactly where my thoughts have led me.

It's does exist, it just isn't what we 'think, ' it all is. The finite can never know the infinite, let it all be.

Pain is real. Damaging ourselves and others is real for sure because you feel it.

It was a big deal for me when I became self-aware, when I became conscious I was alive. Soon after I experienced being conscious of all creation, but it didn’t last long, however the experience taught me that there is only consciousness itself, which means I, a human, don’t exist except in my own mind. Well that sucks, I thought. I am not real. So I decided to enjoy life anyway. I may not be real, but I’m real enough to me, and I have learned how to enjoy all that is life, and anyway, who knows, maybe I’ll be around awhile, a play toy for consciousness. Maybe it likes its toys, or else why are there peaches and mayhem. I bet consciousness never gets bored.

That is hard fact and truth. Doesn't matter if some beliit or not. Like or not. Everything is just consciousness experiencing itself this is the best discovery human beings made in entire history of mankind.

nothing is real so therefore trying to explain how it is or is not real is impossible..
as consciousness we know nothing just experience and react to the stimuli..
the more we try to think we have answers the more we look like a hamster on a wheel that believes its achieving something..

We have evolved to live in this environment. Our senses have evolved to give us a picture of reality which is most appropriate for our survival. What appears to us is reality for us. It is the only reality there will ever be. Why not just accept reality instead of the mental cartwheels trying to deny it?

It makes no sense to talk about experience in a way that discounts its existence; you can of course doubt that the physical world is "real", but denying the existence of experience is a contradiction. Also, describing a "witness" to your experience that is distinct from the self yet it is the thing experiencing your experience is another contradiction. Also, describing causality as habitual and not applicable to this "self-awareness" you speak of is fallacious because if "self-awareness" is causeless then how can it have any relation to your experience: what is it "witnessing"? Witnessing relies on the principles of cause and effect.
