I work retail and can't recommend a particular service like a tailor/seamstress or sewing machine repair place.

Have you read the Anna Pigeon book series by Nevada Barr? The author and main character are park rangers and Anna ends up solving murders that take place in various National Parks. Book two, A Superior Death is in Isle Royale where an extra body is discovered on one of the wrecks. Book six, Blind Descent is my favorite and takes place in Carlsbad Caverns in New Mexico

I think it's the same thing with libraries. Don't quote me on that, but I think libraries cannot make recommendations that you have to pay for. I think they also only allow promotion of free services, nothing that people would have to pay for.

Have y'all always gone straight for work in National Parks and more federal public lands, or have you sought work in more localized public lands as well??

There are so many different agencies that do a variety of things on more localized public lands in E. PNW; it's hard to get them all straight! The structure has me so confused and I can't seem to find what I'm looking for yet. 😂
