Klaus’s power is actually extremely powerful, second to Vanya and Five. Klaus has only scratched the surface of his powers and to be able to be connected to the afterlife is an amazing ability with so many possibilities.

here is the thing, klaus if you realize has one of the poweful abilities. The reason he doesn't use it because that's what trauma does to you. His father thought locking him in a room would make him face it. A child who kept seeing the dead and hearing voices consistantly with no peace of mind you lock in a dark room. That is why he drinks and do drugs. no one listens to him so he just plays into it and do watve he wants. so im glad he got his moment. season 2 shows just how strong he can be.
