REDMAGIC 10 Pro Gaming Review | ROG Phone 9 Rival!

Unboxing and reviewing Nubia's REDMAGIC 10 Pro gaming smartphone, with a full test of Wuthering Waves, CoD etc to see if it's as beefy as the ROG Phone 9. It's not Red or Magic, but the REDMAGIC 10 Pro is a Snapdragon 8 Elite beast, so it's one of the best phones of 2024 for gamers. That's on top of the dense feature set, including decent haptic triggers, and upgraded battery capacity.

As usual, the main draw here is that performance. Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite replaces the old Gen 3 chipset and means PubG, Genshin Impact and everything else runs flawlessly. The REDMAGIC 10 Pro's cooling tech keeps it from warming up, even with your game's settings maxed out. And like the ROG Phone 9 Pro, there's no slowdown even if you're gaming for hours.

Speaking of which, the battery size has jumped up to over 7000mAh for the REDMAGIC 10 Pro. So like previous Red Magic phones, you'll get a solid bit of gameplay on a full charge. You don't have wireless charging support but the 100W wired charging means this gaming smartphone is filled again in no time.

Finally no punch out, no camera island. I would buy it without the gaming fan, as an everyday phone. I play maybe once in a month on my phone. Sooo happy finally a phone I can consider to buy after many many years.

2 months later seems like redmagic 10 pro is the only phone able to fully tame the Snapdragon 8 elite. Even rog phone 9 doesn't have it tuned as high as redmagic.
