WOW! it's a beauty! The most important tool in the kitchen....a sharp, quality chef's knife. My father in law took my knives to the "grinder" in my husbands shop. He asked if he could "sharpen" my beloved knives....of course I said yes please! I had NO idea he would use a grinder on them....I was appalled and cried like a little girl....it was a horrible, horrible day. I still don't have a nice chef's knife...he never replaced either of them. I sure would LOVE to win this I would never, ever let my father in law near it!

Amazing sharpness! I can see this being very useful in my kitchen not just for dicing but for getting thinly sliced pork tenderloin for my pork congee! Pretty cool indeed.

My wife and I have been using a wusthof classic for years now, sharpened it so much it's not nearly as thick as it used to be. Didn't realize until we were in HoK just recently. Would love this new classic uber to replace my current kitchen go-to knife!
