Doesn't this process delete my stored setting for the volumetric (extraction)? This machine has no programm for descaling?

This method seems not to be described in Ascaso dream users’ manual at all (which is so bad for Ascaso not to write such instructions). On the contrary, Ascaso on its coffee washer powder says to only place the powder into the blind filter. It’s so upsetting that as simple duty as that is so confusing
