She will skate. Taking the stand is brilliant legal strategy because it personalizes EH in front of the jury and all it takes is reasonable doubt which she can clearly convey testifying. The Kyle Trial hinged on him taking the stand. His lawyers even rehearsed him doing so and running a focus group who gave their imprimatur to his testimony and the crying without tears. Court is not about justice. It never was. It's show business.
