Fabio Silva is currently doing well in La Liga, but with his Wolves Contract expiring in 2026, will they give him one last chance despite it not working out for him in the Premier League in the past?

I feel for the lad. Moves abroad at the age of 18, then gets thrust in to the team as our main/only striker, well before he is ready to. The fans jumped on him for his lacklustre performances, this knocked his confidence and probably gave him a negative view on the Wolves fans. I'm not surprised that he doesn't want to be here.

For him to get another chance at Wolves, we'd have to give him an extension on his deal. I don't see that happening unfortunately. It would have been nice to see how he does, now he has a bunch of first team experience under his belt.

Good video again 👍....I think that ship has sailed for Fabio...he had so many chances to redeem himself and always blew it

I agree with you Harry, I think Fabio is done! He hasn't really worked out! I stuck up for him so much, but enough is enough! COYW, Always Wolves 🐺

As usual an excellent insight on your subject Harry.
I am sorry to say Fabio has had enough chances to make his mark at Wolves and maybe he should be allowed to move on. Jeff Shi's ability to spot an outstanding prospect is about as likely as Fosuns claim that Wolves would have Champions League football within 10 years of their ownership.
35 million pounds was an extraordinary amount of money to pay for untested young man and I believe the burden of expectation had been too much for this lad.

I'd leave it to Pereira to decide.

Greetings from Portugal Harry,
I doubt that it will work out for Fabio at Wolves . He sometimes has a spell of good performances, but not consistent.
I watched him for Portugal U21 last week, he wasn´t great. And tends to get a bit sulky when things don´t happen for him .
He reputation came from his youth games for Portugal when he was excellent. Scored lots of goals, and was always putting in top performances .
His loan spells usually start well, but fade after a while.
I hope it works out for him in Spain . Maybe one of the top clubs there will take a chance with him .

Whatever happens in his career going forward, he's a square peg in a round hole at the Molineux. He's performed better in some teams out on loan, but even there he's blown hot and cold in leagues that aren't as powerful as even the Championship.

As he is still a Wolves player then, if his attitude is good and he wants to give it another shot at Molineux, then I wouldn't be against a return at all. A lot would depend on whether Vitor Pereira thinks Fabio Silva has something to offer and how he thinks he may fit into the team tactics.

We need strikers for next season to support Strand-Larsen, and Fabio still has potential to make good with his career... and Wolves haven't got to go out and buy him.

Though I don't know about Sasa's fitness, I wouldn't be against him being retained, even though he didn't make the cut this season due to the home grown players rule.

I'd like to see him given another try to be honest but the question is does he want another chance? I think you're right we should get a few quid for him while we can and use it to bring in a striker.

I think that there is a player in there, he has a good work rate, and would like to see what Periera makes of him. I was always a fan of Guedes and eventually fitted in this season. On the other hand I can see what Harry is saying, Silva would need a change of attitude but I haven't written the young lad off completely.

I think the comments are forgetting he’s only 22 and has scored 8 in 20 which isn’t bad he deserves another chance

I've always liked fabio he was chucked in at the deep end, I don't think he was given much of a chance under the managers we had, vp might get a tune out of him, but if fabio doesn't want to come then sell for what we can get, las palmas has a Brazilian we are interested in perhaps we could do a deal with fabio involved

Nah mate. We don't deserve him after how the fans have treated him. Ive been routing for him all the way, but I wouldn't come back if I was him.

He doesn’t seem to be Prem standard - he isn’t hard enough. He needs to go and maybe Shi can go too! Very poor deal done by Wolves when we bought him. Top video again H - thanks

There is a footballer in there somewhere. However, I totally agree with your comments regarding suitability to the PL. He was obviously way too young when he was thrown in deep end and had nowhere to hide. Agree, cut our losses and re invest the £37.50 in new water bottles.
Nice vid H, seriously think VP will have a say

Strange one this I think sell him he doesn’t want to be here. But look at Vitinha he didn’t do much at Wolves now he’s playing well in a top team so you never know 🤨

You know as soon as we sell him he will turn into a world class striker, just our luck. That said we need to get some money back on him.
