Analogue Interactive Analogue Arcade Stick review. Classic Game Room reviews the ANALOGUE ARCADE STICK for Neo-Geo game consoles from Analogue Interactive. TheAnalogue Arcade Stick is made from real wood (not fiber board or plastic with a wood print). It's a fighting stick / arcade stick for NeoGeo consoles with a great joystick (8 way) and four buttons on top like you'd expect for the Neo-Geo, it also has 2 buttons on the back for start and select.

Damn... As a kid I really really wanted Neo Geo system with this stick. Looking at it now... lolz! What a memory!

theres an unpainted version available on their site, and yes both versions (unpainted and black) are made of real wood

I want this console so bad, it's just a work of art, it's handmade!!! Unfortunately it's tremendously expensive.

definitely overpriced, but the start/select buttons are placed there because most tournament style sticks are done that way. It's meant to keep you from accidentally pressing them. If you press the start button and pause the game during tournament play, you're usually instantly disqualified.

It'd take away from the understated, artistic character of the console, but I do think it'd be cool to have a similar console that exhibits the cool style of the original arcade machine.

It may be expensive, but it's like if we bought a console that is no longuer available. When the N64 will no longuer be on Ebay, I'm pretty sure that Analogue Interactive may produce a copy of N64 in wood!

@kagon01 uses real japanese Seimitsu parts, the same parts that were found in the Neo Geo cabinets in Japanese arcades. They are very high quality and very durable parts.
