Good old socks in your bra has done the job for me a few times over the years!

The other big thing I want to note is that people should NOT use bandages to try and flatten their bust. The strips of bandages can shift around and tighten, which can be very dangerous. The risks of this happening increase the tighter they are wrapped, and the longer they are worn for. Unfortunately this also tends to be the first thing tried by people who have not done their research.

I've seen people make their own fake boobs- especially useful for characters with extreme side or under-boob. Basically you sculpt with foam and stretch stocking/pantyhose over it, then go ham with contouring to make it look more skin like. Edit: looked it up, fabric is fleshtone jersey and they used liquid latex paint to get a more skin texture

Omg I know so many cosplayers with duct tape injuries. It’s horrible on the skin. Also tension bandages will hurt if you use them for binding. If a cosplayer gives you the 0.0 look when you suggest something for binding, it’s a sign that it’s a bad idea and there is a horror story with it.

For a corset, it’s worth spending the time to have a base corset properly adjusted to your body. The pretty handmaid corset is comfortable once it’s adjusted to suit. I do large skirt cosplays so corset is a must.

Laughing about sports bras being “supportive” maybe it’s just the ones I’ve bought here in the US might as well just free boob it with my DDs cause they ain’t doing nothing for support. 😂

Sometimes I hate my girls and would consider a reduction but…I’m proportionate right now with hips and waist and bust 🤦‍♀️

Also pro tip for corset wear if you can, get front lacing if you are putting it on alone, and also please for the love have a tank top or something on underneath. With the right fit you could have shelf boobs 😂
