I was sick one day and listened to this in bed completely motionless from all the pain, and it was my first time listening, and when I did, I listened to it on repeat for almost the entire day and didn't get tired of it at all. Still listening to this 8 months later bc I feel like this is indeed his best ever song. You might not agree, but I'm way too attached to this song

Something tells me that Avicii chose this song for the mashup, because he had a sad life. Tracks Of My Tears is a sad song by Smokey Robinson, and it is about noticing him smiling, but if looking closer at his face, what would be noticed is the tracks of his tears from sobbing. The song was about some breakup, and he was very sad about it, but he tried to look happy, but it could be told when looking closely at his face, being the tracks of his tears.
