Discord Profile Themes Beta + How To Get Them?

Discord's new profile themes are definitely alluring to a lot of people. Being able to change the background of your profile makes it so that it can match your anime profile or your edge lord hacker profile.

Unfortunately, a lot of people don't have this feature and want to figure out how to get it. While I love being the tutorial guy, there is no way to actually get the profile themes beta. Discord hands it out randomly. The reason for the clickbait in the title is to rank at the top of "how to get discord profile themes beta" so that people don't get scammed into downloading some virus file or being tricked into adding malicious code into your console.

I also show you some experimental Discord features like Discord pronouns and Discord avatar decorations. Just note that this experimental features could be a Discord feature but they could also just be deleted and never ever seen again.

So the title do be kinda clickbait with the "How to get them". The main reason why is so that people will watch this video first and learn that any tutorial or person claiming to be able to enable profile themes is probably doing something malicious.

So like clickbait but with an actual purpose? Regardless I'll try to keep clickbait to an absolute minimum unless there is a clear reason to do it.

I really like this feature tbh and I like the idea of more customizability in terms of profiles, and it's honestly something easy to overlook but does make a difference in many cases. I hope this feature gets out of beta and is fully released for all users, I personally can't wait to mess around with it.

In beta or not, if they're testing features for everyone with Nitro, then everyone with Nitro should automatically get access to it

Edit: I'm not saying everyone HAS it. I'm saying everyone SHOULD get it, even in beta. Aka Discord isn't the brightest.

One thing I hate is that there has been no good updates recently that don't require nitro.

Apparently not just this beta Profile feature but another beta feature also rolled out for me which is called Devices, apparently it shows all the past devices that logged into your account and where they logged it from, as well as an option to logged out from all devices without changing your password. Hope this helps!

The only thing I don't like about discord personalization that It's limited for non-nitro users.
I'm forced to buy nitro just to enjoy basic features like changing my own banner as an example.
I mean I would like to pay for extra personalization but at least give your users the ability to change their profile banner pic like any other social media services.

I wish there was a way to get into a 'Beta testing group' for pc so you could try out features like this. Maybe there would have to be some requirements to get in (account over a year old, nitro, etc.). Because I'd love to test this feature, although I cannot.

I understand that discord locks these features behind Nitro because they need money, but to be fair, if they're making new features locked behind Nitro (not even classic) then they should make other features free, such as extended messages and larger upload size.

oh and I forgot to mention, with modified clients such as BetterDiscord or RePlugged (Powercord shut down), you can get some of these beta features for free, however they are only client-side and some of them dont even work properly.

I had this feature for a whopping 3 seconds! I literally clicked my profile on accident, saw that it was all cool lookin, with some peach pink color, and I go "OH COOL, I WANNA CHANGE THIS!" then when I went to my settings, it was gone, never to be seen again lmao

Enabling the experiment for the profile colours will change them on backend but you and no one else will see them.
I know this because I changed my colours like weeks ago but it started showing the new colours like a week ago

If these changes make it to the live client, I might consider buying Nitro, as I'm overall a big fan of custimization.
Having more choices of expressing yourself and who you are, even if it's just colors, is just nice to have!
