I'm from Los Angeles, I just saw a 1 bedroom apartment in Anaheim for $2, 000. I paid $1, 200 for a one bedroom apartment in an okay city ten years ago. Google apartment costs for Los Angeles. People outside of CALIFORNIA can't believe how expensive it is here. That's why people are moving. My cousin from Texas has a house twice the size of my house worth half of my house. The property taxes are insane.
