Hey, Great video. Thank you for sharing. If a service desk team is monitoring the task queue and completing them as they are created, I have a question. If they open the task, I understand the task contains limited details such as "Create ANPC account" but there are no details on the user. Does the analyst then need to open the RITM and/or Request to find these details to complete their task?

Is there a way to find if any attachment is attached to the RITM of request in service now by creating a report!?
I have limited access to snow in my vm!
They have restricted most of the functionalities! I can't do scripting as well..
Reporting is the only way.. could you please help me with it!?
