Place the pre-prepared stuffing mixture (in our case it is ricotta with herbs) in a disposable icing bag. Remove the seal and the stamens from the leaves and slowly fill in the mixture until the flower is about half full.

Then close the tips of the petals and carefully turn them towards one another. Depending on the recipe, the courgette leaves can now be cooked, fried or roasted.

There the zucchini flower, your suppose to use the flower on the plant that won't be a zucchini. Male and female like paw paw
