Let me get this straight. They are talking about this minor violation of reporting laws because bribery laws don't apply to the Supreme Court. So, even though this looks like a bribe you can't apparently bribe a Supreme Court justice. So the only way to convict a judge of taking bribe is through impeachment. A culture that accepts bribery as a norm is a threat to the rule of law and the republic as a whole. I guess the founders thought that the legislative branch would be men of honor and look to protect the republic rather than their political and ideological power. Boy were they wrong!!

Why is there an ethics question? You have to behave good to be a judge. Hiding money is not good behavior, in fact courts send people to prison for hiding money.
Good behavior, simple. It's the law written clear as day in the Constitution. Get rid of him.
