On YouTube looking for agility drills and I come across this video and see my boy Santi! This kid worked his ass off and made it to the big league's! A great example of never giving up and working hard for what you want. ESE MAMA BEESH!!!!

Would love to have a breakdown explanation of this workout. Being split between Mechanics, Force Output, and Cognitive Function as a training philosophy is this essentially combining them all into one workout? Is that the best way to do it? Or separate the three is phases?

I’ve said this before but I guess you didn’t read it … hopefully you do .. YOU NEED TO MAKE A COURSE FOR ATHLETIC TRAINERS FOR YOUR PROGRAMS!!! Everything you do is amazing man I get so many ideas I never thought of with my athletes . Golden stuff all I can ever do is give you the credit for it 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾 hopefully you make a program though I’d definitely buy it

Hey Chris! I've been watching your videos for awhile now (you always have great stuff). Starting at 00:32 in the video when the guys are doing lateral pogo hops, I notice that all of them have their feet in plantar flexion rather than dorsiflexion. Is this apart of the warmup specifically to keep feet in plantar flexion?
