While Neosporin is commonly used to treat minor cuts and scrapes, more people are allergic to it than we realize thanks to the ingredient neomycin (and sometimes bacitracin). If you have a cut or wound, just use plain petroleum jelly, like Vaseline or Aquaphor.

Wow. Im 64 years old with grown kids and oodles of grand kids- never seen someone have an allergic reaction to Good old neosporin Or even the dollar store triple antibiotic ointment! I think I'll still go with old faithful- Not to use something because you "might" have allergic reaction? 🤔

That was the longest round-about way of saying, neosporin is not the problem, sensitive-skin people are. Neosporin is just fine
