It’s owned by the Sultan of Brunei. And he flies it himself. The plane was bought brand new off the production line from Everett. And flown to Dallas Love field where it spent 3 years being outfitted. Associated Air Center was the company that did the outfit. The sultan of Brunei previously had a 747-400. He also has a couple of other aircrafts, including an A321, A340, and Gulfstreams.
