I LOVE this! I especially love the explanation of coherence vs. relaxation. When you're coherent, you're calm yet energized. Calmness is peaceful. See, peace isn't boring...it's energized, and you can be active and feel enthused and totally alive while you're peaceful. You don't need to have frequent uber-intense experiences or jump back and forth between emotional EXTREMES in order to feel really Alive and full of energy... ;-)

Thank you for this wonderful idea that the heart is more important than the brain.
I was told by doctors and my supervisors at work that I have an imbalance between the two hemispheres of my brain. So I go to a touch-for-health massage therapist, but this video's emphasis on the heart fits with my idea that I should do more and more things that I love to do. Not just because someone told me to do them.
