THE FINAL EVO 8 CUSTOM TURBO BUILD UPDATE

This may be the very last Evo 8 custom turbo build update until we actually start the car! This is a huge accomplishment! Now, the manifold is complete, the turbo is mounted to the MASSIVE garret intercooler core, the radiator is in, and both the blow off valve and the wastegate are mounted. Now we need all the extra pieces and we will be ready to go!!

Dude you have to center the intercooler. Clock the turbo and make a u shaped bend so you can center the intercooler. That offset look is just wrong. Otherwise it's really good.

When you do the valve cover make sure you remove the baffles and clean it out...you WILL lose a motor if you don't. The bead or whatever they use to strip it will get stuck in there and eventually cause a spun bearing.
