Hi there!The literal translation of the song/dance is "how the pepper is grinded" and it's a metaphor...a sexual drift.The lyrics describe different ways of the pepper grinding using your body parts as a "grinder".It's a kind of a folk song usually danced at the end of every festival when everybody has had a drink..or two :P
