Push Puzzle

Push Puzzle is an intriguing new design of jigsaw puzzle. The jigsaw is made of plastic, and is 9.3 x 13.3 cm. When you take it out of the box, you will see that on one side there is a completed picture, but on the other side the picture is completely jumbled. There are 48 pieces in the jigsaw, and the plastic pieces fit firmly into the frame. At the bottom, there is an extra piece, which is used to get you going. Remove this starter piece, and then place it over one of the pieces in the jigsaw and 'push'. The existing piece will be pushed out, and the new piece will take its place. You now work out where you want to place the new piece that you have. Push it into place, which then displaces a new piece. Eventually the jumbled picture is completed, but you then find out that the original picture has become jumbled, so you now have a new challenge!

A very convenient puzzle to work on while you are travelling, since there are no loose pieces, other than the single piece that you are using to 'push' with.

Both images on this puzzle are paintings by Vincent van Gogh. One is the Cafe Terrace in Arles, the other shows the Road with Cypresses.

I found this channel randomly while watching Let's Plays. I had no idea what I had stumbled upon. I noticed the amount of subscribers and was confused as to how SO MANY people would subscribe to this. . . but then out of curiosity I clicked and watched a few more videos.

I ended up subscribing. I guess I know why he has so many subscriptions now. Darn addicting.

They're made by Pintoo. I don't know about other countries, but they have several shops in underground malls in Taiwan. I also know that their flagship shop in Taipei is located north in DanShui (scenery/touristy region).

Their puzzles are all made of plastic; besides the push puzzles, they also have the regular kind (with various sizes/designs) and 3D puzzles such as globes, vases...etc
