Mysterious Stonehenge Stone Circle | Blue Stones | Sarsen stones | @NamrataALLINONE

Stonehenge is perhaps the world’s most famous prehistoric monument. It was built about 5,000 years ago. There is no much details how it was build and why it was build. The massive sarsen stones, weighing up to 50 tons each, are believed to have been transported from the Marlborough Downs, about 20 miles away. The smaller “bluestones,” which weigh between 2 to 5 tons each, are believed to have been sourced from Wales, nearly 150 miles away from the Stonehenge site. The book Chariots of the Gods?, published in 1968, in which its author, Erich von Däniken, claimed that Stonehenge, may have been built by ALIENS. Von Däniken’s claims have been debunked by scientists and other researchers.
