Someone isn't arrogant just because they show personality preferences, like it should be supposed to be. The girl just seems very confident in herself and her personal preferences, which happens to be very usually confused as being arrogant

The show this clip is from, even tho it's not the best way to do it if you ask me, is based ultimately on getting a date with the other person. For this reason, you'd sure want to get on a date with someone you are compatible with

The guys were nice, and maybe she even thought it, but there's absolutely nothing wrong in that and the rejections. The problem of the majority of guys is the fact itself that they view it as wrong: they basically put their interest on women's physical appearence to decide if they like her or not, which is solely due to the fact that they are fundamentally lonely and desperate. Then they get resentful on women in general, lacking to realize that if they only got a little bit more experience with women they would start to be selective too
