How to service the freewheel

00:04 - For this, you need the following:
Cleaner
Cloth
Small screwdriver
Medium-weight oil or light synthetic grease

00:08 - Clamp the wheel in a vice with the left-side axle flats.

00:13 - Remove the small snap ring that sits on top of the freewheel bearing.

00:18 - Lift the freewheel body from the axle. Be aware pawls could fall out.

00:25 - Remove the second snap ring and remove the needle bearing and plastic washer.

00:33 - Clean the inside of the hub.

00:38 - Please apply some medium-weight oil or light synthetic grease to the freewheel.

00:44 - Assemble the parts in reverse order.
