@TonyWoW01 since the "pouch" is cheese itself, it is eaten with the "curds" now in days americans use ricotta and cream to fill it with, much cheaper. but to answer your question, everything is eaten

No, for a pizza you need a cheese that's more dry (or you going to get a "wet" pizza). Actually the best thing on a pizza is mozzarella for pizza. It's a type of mozzarella that's designed for pizza. Also of course mozzarella di bufala, that is buffalo mozzarella. The best is from Naples the so called "Campana" that came's from Campagna (the region of Naples)... I feel hungry now :-)
