I'm thinking that Jake wasn't ready or didn't sell enough seats to cover the payout to Mike and others...and make enough for himself. He probably asked Mike to take the blame, because more people are willing to forgive a legend like Mike and come back in November. I think I have a great idea on how to regain the hype for this fight:

Step One- Have a reporter ask Mike Tyson about the Prime Energy Drink and have Tyson say something insulting about it.

Step Two- Jake Paul and his buddies are seen live streaming a video talking about Tyson not liking Prime Energy while they are seen drinking bottle after bottle of it. They say during the video to tune in later in the day for an update.

Step Three- (Later that day) Paul and his buddies are at the gravesite of Cus D'Amato and are live-streaming. Paul says "Mike, you may not like the taste of Prime, but lets see if Cus does!" Paul and his buddies then live stream them urinating on the gravesite while yelling and "Get some!!!!" stuff like that. **Make sure to get approval from D'Amato's family first or otherwise it mike look tacky**

Step Four- Tyson releases a video saying after see how D'Amato's grave was desecrated he is going to absolutely destroy Paul during the fight and will stop at nothing to get revenge for his mentor, Cus.

Step Five- At the weight in, Paul refuses to show up. However, he releases a video where he brings back his old "Dab on the haters" gimmick and says that anyone who didn't like the cemetery video can get dabbed on.

Step Six- During the weigh in, Tyson notices one of the buddies from the cemetery video and knocks him out clean with one punch. Tyson goes to taunt him but Tyson's handlers pull him off reminding him that he will have to forfeit the fight if he goes too far.

I think this six steps would ensure a record PPV crowd. What do you all think?
