Если веер горизонтальный красить нужно либо сверху вниз либо снизу вверх, если веер вертикальный то слева на право либо справа на лево, расстояние до поверхности примерно 15-20 см

WHY DID YA NOT PUT SOME PAINT IN IT FIRST. It looks like ya have just found it in somebody's trash bin. I bet you are 1 of those people when you go out for a night out for a drink with friends you wait till the last and when its your turn to go the bar you say your going home cos your pissed to save you spending any money.
