Whether you feel demotivated or you feel in need of some company during your hustling, studying and working sessions, the primary purpose of my videos is to muster up a suitable environment of productivity, efficiency, and deep focus.
I organize my study sessions based on the Pomodoro Technique in blocks of 50' of deep focus and 10' of meaningful rest. I hope my videos help you avoid using social media while inciting you to stay productive during your study and work sessions.

👤ABOUT ME:

Hey! My name is Adrià. I'm a Catalan student at Columbia University and Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. I'm currently double majoring in Political Science and Philosophy; however, I have fostered a deep passion for entrepreneurship from a very young age.

On this channel, my purpose is to share the art of "valkemy" that I hope will help my subscribers lead a meaningful, productive, happier and intentional life. This concept that I created comes from a combination of two words: Vida ("life" in Catalan) and alchemy (the medieval science and speculative philosophy whose primary purpose was transforming base metals into gold and producing the elixir of immortality).

A valkemist is the person that is learning the art of recasting a banal life into a golden existence, the person that takes full ownership of his reality and takes massive action to intentionally create the one that he or she dreams about.

I produce all kinds of videos: from personal habits, productivity tips, study hacks, and the daily routines of the most influential persons to investment and entrepreneurship related-videos, personal reflections and learning experiences.

On the side, I have two other Youtube Channels and an Instagram and TikTok profile, where I'm active daily. On "Hustle With Adria", I stream early-morning study and work sessions. If you lack motivation or commitment, or you want to enjoy some company while you're grinding, this is your place. On my TikTok and Instagram profile, I post daily a video of my disciplined and rigorous routine with the primary purpose to inspire all of you to take massive action.
