Ah, but i think the CJ counters the applicant's reference to Article 97 with superior referrals to Article 2 of the 1992 constitution.
Again, look @ the insightful arguments and legal references to various Articles in the constitution by the CJ.
Notwithstanding the learned cross regerences and counter quotations by the court to rebut applicant's faulty allusions, some people under the guise of politics and twisted sentiments are spewing out invectives against the SC ruling on a matter that, to a close observer, had been rightly and unbiasedly decided.
In my submissive opinion, this time the SC has dine well in a fair manner and must rather be commended.
