MAKES 6 TO 12 DOSES
6 cups of water
4 chamomile tea bags
Juice of 3 lemons
Stevia, for sweetness
1. In a large saucepan, bring the water to a boil over high heat. Add tea bags and soak them in boiling water for 15 minutes.
2. After removing the tea bag from the water, let the tea cool. Add lemon juice and stevia, then transfer the lemon juice to the jar, cover and put it in the fridge. Label and date the jar.
3. Children under 5 should drink ½ cup per day; 5 to 12 years old children should drink 1 cup per day. Teens and adults will benefit from 2 to 3 cups per day.
4. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
