I was diagnosed with Lupus, Heart Failue, and Mixed Connective Tissue Disease in 2018. The fatigue is seriously difficult for me. I take 16 diff meds daily and a weekly injection of Benlysta. I don't know if it's the illnesses or the meds half of the time.
